- Pair yourself with a good Realtor, one that you click with, understands your wants and needs and someone you don’t mind spending some time with.
- Start looking at homes, this can start digitally and move on to Home Tours
- Get an Accepted Offer
- Send earnest money
- Schedule Home Inspection
- Complete your loan application and appraisal
- Loan commitment and final walk through
- Close on home
- WAHOO! You’re a homeowner, time to Celebrate!
Obviously this is very simplified, but it really can be this easy when you have a Realtor. We’re here to do the heavy lifting so you can focus on the fun stuff, shopping for your new home!
